[Joli Kobe] Japanese Bakery @ Sandy Springs

 Joli Kobe
Japanese Bakery (@ Sandy Springs)

My friend and I were looking for Cacao and we were lost.. so we decided to go to nearest cafe and we went to Joli Kobe. This was my first time at Joli Kobe.. it was really simple bakery and one thing I like about was that.. Nori Nori was 3 minutes away from here. ( I LOVE Japanese buffet!!! :D ) This was my first time going to Japanese Bakery so I was so excited!!! I live in Duluth so in that area there are lot of Korean style bakeries so I was excited to taste Japanese cakes.

they are located in side of plaza next to Publix so it's really easy to find

they are famous for strawberry shortcake :)

there cake was huge and had very good price!!!

 my iced latte

 strawberry short cake
The strawberry short cake was good .. but it wasn't gooooooood!! :(
the cake layers were very dry and it felt like it was old .. I like moist cakes but ..
this short cake was not moist at all :(

chocolate ganache
I like this cake! really sweet and had very rice flavor of chocolate.
cake was very moist .. this was my favorite!!

we got green tea and raspberry macaroons
the green tea macaroon was sooooo delicious! but raspberry was to crunchy and hard.
they were really smaller than other bakeries but I really give 1 out of 10 on green tea macaroon.
