[Diet] Banana Vinegar Diet



What is Banana Vinegar Diet ?

  • Banana Vinegar Diet is really popular diet in Korea and Japan.
  • It first came from Japan. Japanese actress lost 15pounds with this easy diet.
  • Banana Vinegar Diet became hottest diet in Korea too. ( Many Korean girls are really into diets)
  • This diet is really easy. All you got to do is drink vinegar water before or after your meal. 
  • Banana vinegar helps your digestion and helps you lose weights.





-Things you will need !- 

brown sugar






vinegar






fresh banana


mason jar or container






 first dice off the banana's 






1cup of banana + 1 cup of brown sugar
if your using 2 cups of banana, add 2 cups of brown sugar
( you get my point, right?) ratio of 1:1:1.
make sure your banana's are covered with brown sugar.






 then add vinegar to the top of the jar or container.
And microwave for 40 second







before putting the lid, make sure put plastic wrap for extra protection. 

keep the banana vinegar out side for a day and keep in the fridge for about two weeks.
(after 2 weeks drain out the banana's)

After two weeks,  take 3 tablespoons of the banana vinegar with water aftermeals.
Vinegar helps your digestion and helps you go to bathroom easily so it wont store in your body.
Banana vinegar helps detox your body without harm. I lost 5 pounds after a week.
